Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
